If you are self isolating or unable to leave your home due to Covid-19 you can still access expert advice through a video consultation. Getting the right insight into your condition early on can be instrumental to a speedy recovery.
How would it work?
The initial consultation will last approximately 20 – 30 minutes. I will go through the usual questions regarding your injury/pain along with an overview of your medical history. This will be followed by a visual examination to see how you are moving. Once we have determined what the problem is, I will be able to advise you on posture and movement, exercise prescription as well as self-treatment advice. I may ask to book a later slot to feedback to you on the advice so that I can put an exercise programme together in the meantime. This second call may last around 10 minutes.
Follow up calls may be scheduled depending on the problem and what is required.
