Cancellation Policy
At New Day Osteopathy we require 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment. If you are unable to attend your osteopathy session please text your Registered Osteopath Geraldine Morgan-Fahy on 07968 496723 at least 24 hours before your appointment. A fee of the full amount of your treatment session will be charged if less than 24 hours notice is given or an appointment is missed.
Text reminders are sent out the day before your appointment, but please set other reminders if that helps. Once your appointment is booked, we expect you will take responsibility to either attend or to notify us otherwise.
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space in our diary that is no longer available to other patients. In order to be respectful of your fellow patients, and to New Day Osteopathy as a small business, please cancel your booking by text message as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
